Giving Lacrosse Equipment

Mission Statement

The GLE Foundation provides gently used lacrosse equipment to all children of Southern, NJ grades 1st-12th who are in financial need.

Process

We collect gently used lacrosse equipment for boys and girls from donors who have outgrown their gear, we then locate kids in need of gear and pass that gear onto them so they can enjoy lacrosse.  Our website has forms for donors to complete and also forms for those in need to complete.

About the Creators

Tyler Price is a 16-year-old 10th grader who attends St. Augustine Prep in Richland, New Jersey. Tyler grew up in Egg Harbor Township New Jersey and fell in love with the sport of lacrosse in pre-school. Tyler has been playing lacrosse for 12 years, now he plays for his high school team and his travel team, SouthShore Lacrosse. Tyler plays in the attack position on the field and is an excellent shooter, inside finisher, and passer. Tyler is an accomplished student as well, as he has been accepted into the National Junior Honor Society, Head of School Honors, and has been granted the Spanish Merit Award. Tyler strives to make a difference with youth lacrosse hoping to give back to the game that gave him so much. 

Nathan Price is an 18-year-old Freshman who attends college at The Pennsylvania State University. Nathan grew up in Egg Harbor Township, New Jersey and has played lacrosse since the 2nd grade. He has 11 years of experience, and now plays in the Penn State Club Lacrosse Team.
